Two men died when a light aircraft crashed in farmland near Rochdale on Tuesday. The incident happened shortly after 11am in Littleborough, Greater Manchester.
The Cirrus aircraft had taken off from Birmingham before the fatal crash. Greater Manchester Police confirmed no one else was believed to be on board and there were no injuries on the ground.
